Welcome to the AviationADR passenger rights page!
This page will give you an overview of your passenger rights and what you could be owed if you have a dispute with an airline.
If your flight is either:
- Departing from a UK or EU airport, and operated by any airline
- Arriving at a UK or EU airport, and operated by a UK or EU airline
… you are covered by the UK or EU law (Flight Compensation Regulation 261/2004).
