Before making a complaint about Garuda Indonesia

Please be aware that to be eligible to make a complaint against Garuda Indonesia, it’s necessary that you have initially brought your issue directly to Garuda Indonesia in written form.

After submitting your complaint to Garuda Indonesia, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Given Garuda Indonesia 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
