Before making a complaint about Turkish Airlines

Please be aware that to lodge a complaint against Turkish Airlines, you must have initially submitted your complaint directly to Turkish Airlines in writing.

After submitting your complaint to Turkish Airlines, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Allotted Turkish Airlines 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
