Before making a complaint about Air Canada

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Air Canada, you must have already raised your issue directly with Air Canada in written form.

After submitting your complaint to Air Canada, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Granted Air Canada 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled. AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.

 

What Air Canada complaints can AviationADR deal with?

Our jurisdiction extends to handling complaints that concern any Air Canada flight, including flights that either: departed from a UK airport, or had departure/arrival endpoints in France, Denmark, Spain, Italy, or Germany.
