Before making a complaint about KLM

Please note, to be eligible to submit a complaint against KLM, you should have already addressed your issue directly to KLM in writing.

After lodging your complaint with KLM, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Provided KLM with 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
