How to make an Airline Complaint using a paper form?

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible to make a complaint against an airline, you must have already complained to the airline directly in writing and either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Given the airline 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.

AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.

How do I fill out the AviationADR paper Complaint Form?

Once you’ve downloaded the PDF, you can print it out. There will be 4 main Sections that you need to fill out:

1. Declaration

Here, you just need to sign off to say that you’re happy for us to look into your complaint once you’ve submitted it!

2. Eligibility

In this section, we ask you to answer a few questions that let us identify whether or not you’re actually eligible to use AviationADR for your complaint.

3. Flight Complaint Details

In this section, we ask you to detail who it was you flew with (or which airport you flew through), what the aviation complaint is about, and any extra information we may need from you to identify your dispute.

4. Evidence & Supporting Files

This is arguably the most important section of all;

Here, we ask you to submit any relevant evidence & supporting files that will help support your case against the airline/airport. Please make sure to include as much information as possible in order to increase your chances of a successful complaint process.

PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS IF YOU WISH TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

We do not keep any documentation. ALL documents sent to us will be disposed of.
