How to make an airline complaint online?

If your airline, or the airport/s you used, have refused, ignored, or otherwise left you unsatisfied after you made a complaint to them, you can escalate matters for FREE with AviationADR online.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible to make a complaint against an airline, you must have already complained to the airline directly in writing and either:
- Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
- Given the airline 8 weeks to respond to your complaint
… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.
