AviationADR (a trading name of Consumer Dispute Resolution Ltd) is approved by the Civil Aviation Authority to operate as an Alternative Dispute Resolution body for passengers. If you’ve had a dispute with an airline and are looking to escalate your complaint, we’re here to help you get your dispute resolved.

Flight Eligibility

AviationADR can process complaints for all the airline members above if either the destination or departure of your flight is a UK airport.
We can also process cases involving other locations based on the airline you’re complaining about. Please see below:
Ryanair: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in the UK, Spain, or Denmark.
Wizz Air: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in Hungary, the UK or Germany.
Air Canada: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, the UK, or Germany.
Lauda: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in the UK, Spain, or Denmark.
Malta Air: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in the UK, Spain, or Denmark.
Buzz: We can accept any flight that had a destination or departure airport in the UK, Spain, or Denmark.
