The advisability of flying whilst pregnant is a frequently asked question.
The commercial aircraft environment is not generally considered hazardous to normal pregnancy, and you can fly while pregnant. However, you may be asked for extra information depending on the circumstances.

Is it safe to fly while pregnant?
Generally, yes!
At a normal cabin altitude, flying shouldn’t harm your baby. The main thing to keep an eye on is your own general health, your baby’s health, and how your pregnancy is progressing in the run-up to the flight.
However:
In order to avoid a situation where a passenger gives birth while in-flight, most airlines do not allow travel after 36 weeks for a single pregnancy, or after 32 weeks for multiple pregnancies.

Most airlines require a certificate after 28 weeks of pregnancy.
This is to confirm that things are progressing normally, what the expected Date of Delivery is, and that there are no complications. In specific individual circumstances, an airline may allow some discretion.
