Before making a complaint about Air France

Please note: to lodge a complaint against Air France, you must have addressed your issue directly with Air France in writing.

After raising your complaint with Air France, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Given Air France 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
