Before making a complaint about Asiana Airlines

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Asiana Airlines, you should have already communicated your issue directly to Asiana Airlines in writing.

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Provided Asiana Airlines with 8 weeks to respond to your complaint
