Before making a complaint about Air Astana

Please note that to be eligible to make a complaint against Air Astana, you must have initially brought your complaint to Air Astana directly in writing.

After submitting your complaint to Air Astana, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Afforded Air Astana 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.
