Wizz Air Complaints

Before making a complaint about Wizz Air

Please be aware, to be eligible to lodge a complaint against Wizz Air, you must have initially submitted your complaint directly with Wizz Air in written form.

After launching your complaint with Wizz Air, you should have either:

  • Received a Final Written Response (otherwise known as a ‘Deadlock Letter’)
  • Allowed Wizz Air 8 weeks to respond to your complaint

… You can only submit your complaint to us once at least 1 of these conditions is fulfilled.

AviationADR can only deal with unresolved complaints.
